    Open the email and click on the Verify Email Address link.
  • Resend Email (if needed)
    If you don’t receive the email, click the option to request a new verification email.
  • Follow the Next Step
    Continue with the next instructions to complete the process.

  • Change Avatar (Profile Photo)
    Click on the option to change your profile photo.
  • Choose Your Photo
    Select an image in PNG or JPG format to upload.
  • Click on Update Profile
    After selecting your photo, click on Update Profile to save the changes.

    Continue with the next instructions to complete the process.

  • Request OTP
    Click on the Request OTP button to begin the verification process.
  • Check WhatsApp for OTP
    Look for the OTP in your WhatsApp messages. If you receive it, enter the OTP and verify it.
  • Resend OTP (if needed)
    If you don’t receive the OTP on WhatsApp, click the option to request the OTP via text message.
  • Enter OTP and Verify
    Once you receive the OTP, enter it and click Verify OTP.
  • Follow the Next Step
    Continue with the next instructions to complete the process.

    Upload a different document for Address Proof Verification (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport, Voter ID). The document must be in PNG or JPG format.
  • Important Note
    • Use one ID proof for ID Verification and another ID proof for Address Verification. Do not use the same document for both, as it will prevent your profile from being verified.
    • Ensure the front side of the ID proof shows your image.
  • Wait for Profile Verification
    Wait up to 12 hours for your profile to be verified.
  • Follow the Next Step
    Continue with the next instructions to complete the process.
